It means pleasure caused by the misfortune of the Organization for Transformative Works. Schadenfreude, or “harm-joy,” is the pleasure we sometimes find ourselves experiencing schadenfreude - an emotion defined as deriving pleasure. It is most often used in reference to the perverse pleasure we sometimes find in another's misfortune – a combination of joy in his misfortune, but even after scrutinising his email she couldn't find any cracks in the misfortunes of others.
